sensors-applet doesn't show sensor icons

It will now update the icon cache in the %post scriptlet

Besides that, it does not include support for nVidia graphics cards (--with-nvidia flag).

The nvidia packages are not supplied by openSUSE but by NVIDIA, therefore they are not available for the build system (either the OBS or the main build system).
