That module is only part of Plasma 5.19. What's the version of kde-gtk-config5? kde-gtk-config5-5.18.5-1.1.x86_64
Did you maybe test Plasma 5.19 and then downgrade back to 5.18? Yes, I have tested 5.18.90 and then went back to 5.18.5.
