Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. right click on file.xml 2. choose "open with..."->"Another program" 3. In dialog choose kwite or type kwrite 4. set "Запомнить связь с приложением для этого файла" (remember application for this file, I don't right english version of this checkbox) 5.
