The error can be fixed by adding our companys domain to the baseurl.

Could you please give me an example on what you did? It is strange that zypper uses GLib to parse URI, and I also tried to use GLib to parse your URL, it shows no error, I assume this is fixed now, feel free to reopen this if not.
