It is reproducable: 1.) start package manager and let YaST show all available updates 2.) deselect some of the updates (e.g. when many/large updates are available) 3.) update the selected packages 4.) let YaST show again all available (remaining) updates 5.) update the selected packages This bug has a long tradition.
