I got openSUSE-Leap-42.2-DVD-x86_64.iso then deployed it onto my USB stick using dd_rescue as the following dd_rescue openSUSE-Leap-42.2-DVD-x86_64.iso /dev/sdc When I try to Install fresh system using this USB stick I see the following (please find screenshot with full error message attached here).
