I tried to switch to kernel-firmware-nvidia-gspx-G06, but, unfortunately, got hit with https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/patch-for-565-57-01-linux-kernel-6-12/ 313260, so I cannot confirm that it works yet. Looks like openSUSE will need a patch...

550.142 already includes

so I don't think this patch is still needed for 550.142. But it still applies to 565.57.01, so I will add it for this version.
