[Bug 326918] New: Upgrade 10.2->10.3 gives an xsession error and doesn' t allow the user to login
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=326918 Summary: Upgrade 10.2->10.3 gives an xsession error and doesn't allow the user to login Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 3 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Blocker Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: francisg@gmail.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- Apart from a few packages complaining they cannot be installed (and ignore does the trick -- let me know if bugs are required for those, though I can't remember all of them, perhaps one or two), the upgrade went super smoothly, until the login. I get an error "xsession: login for USERNAME is disabled". I took a look in YaST and it seems to be enabled fine. Same error for root. A newly created user logs in without a problem though.
