It's hard to guess what other items this category might include one day. If we give it a name that is too specific, we will need to change it again. And any such change will have impact on documentation. Frankly, I'd rather leave it as it is than try to change the wording to something that is bound to be a lot less satisfactory. Even more so when I think about some of the German translations (which usually make me want to rm -rf de/*.mo right away). I think it isn't a good idea to change it to a really long label. It also, as Stefan suggested, might get more content at some point. The only other label I think we could consider would be something like "Advanced Settings" or "Expert Settings" but there are many expert settings that don't go in there.
