They show up like not available image. In my opinion the problem is that kde tries to set the oxygen icon theme for all gtk/gnome apps. This is nice however the oxygen theme is missing a lot of the required icons for evolution. I could fix a lot of the missing icons by copying icons from the gnome icon theme. Among other I had to: 1. create a symlink from the directory /usr/share/icons/gnome/16x16/stock to /usr/share/icons/oxygen/16x16/stock 2. create a symlink from the directory /usr/share/icons/gnome/32x32/stock to /usr/share/icons/oxygen/32x32/stock 3. I recommend that oxygen inherit from tango or implement the icons required for evolution to look proper. At the bottom, comment out "OnlyShowIn=GNOME;". 3) Log out and then back in.
