hmm KDE:Frameworks5:LTS explicitely builds against KD:Qt56, shouldn't the new build target for KF5LTS also explicitely use KDE:Qt56? Right now it builds against "whatever is in Leap 42.1" which means QT 5.4 or so... doesn't sound right.
