https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=679117 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=679117#c0 Summary: bizarre evolution-data-server dependencies Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.4 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: bluedzins@wp.pl QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- I installed default Gnome with 11.4, and now I would like to get rid of Evolution. This means "evolution-data-server" as well. In theory it is a central point of my address book and calendar. But when I select the package for removal, Yast complains about dependencies: * obexd * gnome-bluetooth * gnome-bluetooth-plugins-geoclue Those packages are not even related (assuming the descriptions are correct). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=679117 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=679117#c2 --- Comment #2 from Maciej Pilichowski <bluedzins@wp.pl> 2011-03-14 13:50:00 UTC --- I understand it is a backend for storing address book and calendar. My point is when I am transferring something via bluetooth is database with calender needed for such operation? I very much doubt it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
