Jürgen: any idea about that? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

You are actually seeing a variant with very little markup ('pre' at top and bottom). In other cases, you may see a lot of <p>, <li>, <ul>, <br> etc... PDB actually exports two versions of the license text, one with markup, the other one as plain text. The richtext version is intended for yast. I am not sure if PackageKit should see the other one, or should understand the markup. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=676048 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=676048#c3 --- Comment #3 from Juergen Weigert <jw@suse.com> 2012-01-26 23:58:16 UTC --- One way or the other: We need basic HTML-style markup support to Packagekit. It is safe to strip unimplemented tags, but the basic set mentioned above should not be too hard to draft. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Closing as duplicate, even if it's not really a duplicate (suse-specific xml vs some other markup format) -- I think the non-suse-specific way is the right way forward. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 730975 *** http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=730975 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
