I see the problem in changes active(boot) flag. You can find it in tab "Boot Loader Installation" -> button "Boot Loader Options" -> checkbox "Set active Flag in Partition Table for Boot Partition" It is set to your "/" partition (/dev/sda3) and it is case why you see GRUB after reboot instead of windows ;-) Windows include generic boot code in MBR and it works by following steps: * check which partition has active(boot) flag * continue booting from partition which has active (boot) flag I am sure that now it is clear why you can see GRUB instead of Windows bootloader. Your MBR is not overwritten and you can return your windows back via changing active(boot) flag.
