Come on, is YaST seriously the one who has to always come up with a new workaround for every buggy daemon out there? sshd should be smart enough to recognize there is no IPv6 (e.g. by reading relevant sysctl entry in its init script) and adjust its start-up options accordingly. To reproduce: Disable IPv6 during installation. The "fix" is to enable IPv6 after installation in Yast2, Save. (don't reboot) Disable IPv6 again in Yast2, Save.
