There is abort button and it starts blinking -- it shows "abort" and then it blinks to show the status of operation ? I cannot tell for sure because I don't read that fast. Minor thing, but disturbing. Button labels should not be changed. Since the "animation" is in the code, there is not such thing as "worksforme" in this case. From what I can see in that video, the "Abort" label is being replaced with a longer text (maybe "Abort Installation"?) and back to "Abort" multiple times.

The problem is that Pkg::SourceStartCache() is called 3 times in a row in this case, so the label is changed 3 times. The fix is to call CallbackStartRefresh() and CallbackDoneRefresh() only when there is a repo to refresh.
