The 2.1 appliance was running on 11.3, 2.2.116 is a appliance based on 12.1. When starting the mysql database the first time, it try to upgrade the database and fails, the data base is corrupted after this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run a OBS appliance from opensuse:Tools:2.1., with a extra LVM volume for OBS/server (so database is not in the root filesystem). 2.Try the latest applicance image from opensuse:Tools:unstable (obs-server.x86_64-2.2.116-Build1.2.raw.bz2). 3.The upgrade of the database will fail.
