After the reboot, the KDE desktop environment doesn't resize anymore accorgingly to host window geometry. As you can see from this message, a fix has been submitted and should hopefully be released soon (it might be a couple Tumbleweed releases before it shows up). After updating you will still likely need to run 'yast2 services-manager' in the guest and enable the spice-vdagentd service to come up on boot.
