Nspluginwrapper detects the plugin crash, and restarts it. I see a very similar issue in GNOME: bug-buddy crash helper appears for a fraction of second and the disappears. In GNOME it does not have any other negative effects. To llunak: Can you tell me how KDE detects the crash? Can I disable this crash detection somehow? It has no value for us, Adobe Flash crashes several times daily nearly for everybody and we have no chance to fix it. Nspluginwrapper is started from a script: /usr/lib/nspluginwrapper/noarch/npviewer The rest of this issue (kwin crash) may be a separate bug or it is a side effect of nspluginwrapper plugin restarter. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Then: I can do nothing about the npviewer.bin. It is a crash of underlying Adobe Flash, which is not under our control. nspluginwrapper should protect Firefox from all plugin crashes (Well, I think that there are still some conditions, where Flash crash still causes firefox crash.) But KWin definitelly should not crash, whatever happens to Flash or Firefox.
