This feature (described above, with use cases) could be _useful_, _productive_. Yet, the report was closed now several times. I am tired, let's keep it wontfix, because signal strength can vary depending on conditions so not rely on it AT ALL (this is whole point, BECAUSE it can vary it should be measured and relied upon; until someone figure out the better way to measure the quality of connection).
