I just ran into the same problem when trying to upgrade an old openSUSE-Leap-15.2 installation to 15.5. Are there any workarounds, e.g.: *) replacing one (or more) of the packager ruby files by more recent versions from github, *) identifying the offending package and uninstalling it (or disabling its installation)?
