Indeed, these permissions don't really make too much sense. 0755 permissions should be the default. I will adjust these permission in the package too.

Great, thank you. I suggest to remove the `%set_permissions` and `%verify_permissions` for basic_pam_auth from the spec file.

Speaking of legacy, that is the reason why helpers are installed in /usr/sbin and not under /usr/lib/squid. I will change this for Factory but things must remain as-is for in SLE-15.
