libreoffice-qt5 is not needed on most desktops, it is there mostly for your specific case. I can't think of a way how to detect a desktop environment in spec (and therefore decide whether we need libreoffice-qt5), if you can think of something, let me know.
I guess we can only determine this at runtime - maybe in a %post section? There is of course the possibility that Leap 15.3 on aarch64 and LXQT changes its default behaviour hat this gets installed....but thats more 'good hope' than solution. Just notice that libreoffice-qt5 is installed on my TW machine (x86_64, KDE) as well, probably as part of the pattern.
