I've looked into this a bit more.
I think that using a temporary address to connect to the server is a valid thing to do. As Marius clarified, that address will remain valid as long as the connection to the server persists.
This is not true and it's the main cause of this bug. The address will be deleted when the Valid Lifetime expires. Nothing prevents it from being removed if there are still connections using it. And this is by design and it's the reason why the Privacy Extensions should not be used by default (bsc#988023).
