The correct setting would be "no:yes:yes" for all of these actions. After all, the whole purpose of rtkit is to safely hand-out RR scheduling to pulseaudio. What is the point of shipping rtkit but preventing normal users from using it? Note that the current openSUSE 12.1 contains a broken version of rtkit, which fails to get real-time scheduling anyway (see bnc 732906, bnc 551777). Hence this proposed policy change will have no effect until rtkit is also updated.
