Libzypp should use new proxy settings automatically. 2.) 1.) Libzypp should use new proxy settings automatically.
It does (in installation)
2.) YaST Proxy should not return such message.
It should on the running system, where the relogin is indeed needed. libzypp is not the only application making use of proxy. Some apps (actually, many of them) do not read a config file in order to learn what the proxy settings are, they depend on environment variables.
