Accordingly, libxslt should provide xsltproc so that to build packages that request it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Build package xmlto. Actual Results: 1. W: explicit-lib-dependency libxslt Expected Results: 1. xmlto should require xsltproc because this is what it uses. RPMLINT emits a warning. I hope respective package maintainers will see to it on a case-by-case basis and a separate mission is not needed.
