Yes.
By the way: The XFCE factory repository does not provide a newer package at the moment than the version I mentioned here.
On a recent Factory test install from one week ago the icons show up fine for me, hence I'd like to know whether you can reproduce it there as well or whether it's specific to 11.4? OK, what I was trying to say is that I try not to break things on 11.4 but X11:xfce is developed and tested primarily for Factory and I simply don't have enough time support 11.4 as well.
Would we like to look into the details which might lead to the unexpected behaviour (on my system)?
If it affects you on Factory as well, then yes.
