https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=267568 Summary: bootstrap not installed Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Alpha 3 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: daved@windclimber.id.au QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Processors: 2 dual core Xeon 1.87Ghz Drives: 4 Seagate 250Gbyte SATAII configured as hardware RAID Installation failed to install bootstrap, so failed at first boot attempt. Tried to do update selecting option to repair bootstrap. Error about partitioning leading to bootstrap installation failure. Request to insert floppy disk in floppy drive. Machine has no floppy drive! OpenSuSE 10,2 installation fails on this machine at point where it would evaluate partitions.
