Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSUSE 12.2 (select Estonian as language and keyboard layout during installation). 2. Run KWrite. 3. Press the key ` and then press the key e. Actual Results: KWrite displays `e. Expected Results: KWrite should display è. In Firefox and GIMP and in terminal mode, dead keys work fine.
