Unfortunaly, this is not possible because LibreOffice packaged from openSUSE uses the same executable of OpenOffice. To prevent this, /usr/bin/libreoffice must not be linked to /usr/bin/soffice. Upstream links this file to /opt. In the case of LibreOffice 4.0, the link goes to /opt/libreoffice4.0/program/soffice. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org 2. Try to install its menus 3. Actual Results: When you try to install OpenOffice menus with LibreOffice packaged from openSUSE, happens this: rpm -Uvih openoffice4.0-freedesktop-menus-4.0-9702.noarch.rpm Preparing... ################################# [100%] file /usr/bin/soffice from install of openoffice4.0-freedesktop-menus-4.0-9702.noarch conflicts with file from package libreoffice-4.1.1.2-1.1.x86_64 Expected Results: The conflict described above shouldn't happen.
