But the duplicates jars and co are a problem as they let the CD explode. For this you would at least need to split things out. For the other question I have no clue as to how to best solve this. Maybe by symlinking libgcj-tools-4.3.jar somewhere or adding the path to some global CLASSPATH (is there such?).
