Using /dev/ttyUSB0 or /dev/ttyUSB1 does not work. Message within Pilot Applet screen: About to retrieve owner Name and ID from the PDA. Please put PDA in Cradle (/dev/ttyUSB0) and press HotSync button. The only way I can get them to work is to plug them in, then boot up SuSE 11. I tried this method with the Palm but it didn't work either. Little help I know but, you're not alone.
