I have a fully updated Tumbleweed machine with Okular 1.3.1 (17.12.1-1.1) Qt 5.10.0 (5.10.0-2.2). I'm based in the USA and primarily use letter 8.5"x11" paper size. When I try to print a letter formatted pdf, the print job gets sent to the printer as an A4 sized paper. When I open the properties section of Okular for a letter sized pdf it says: Page Size: 8.5 x 11 in (Portrait Letter / ANSI A). When I select print and then the printer properties dialog it shows Page size: A4. If I select Letter the setting changes to Page size: Letter, but it still is sent to the printer as A4. (My printer complains insert A4 paper or use available media). Evince and GIMP are able to send letter sized print jobs to my printer. I see that there was a QT patch here: https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/215221/ I'm not sure if this was backported to QT 5.10. If there is additional information that I can provide please ask.
