[Bug 722812] New: switch2nv calls non-existing tiny-nvidia-installer
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=722812 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=722812#c0 Summary: switch2nv calls non-existing tiny-nvidia-installer Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: Factory Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X.Org AssignedTo: sndirsch@suse.com ReportedBy: suse-beta@cboltz.de QAContact: xorg-maintainer-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- switch2nv calls /usr/bin/tiny-nvidia-installer --uninstall -s which does not exist on my system. FYI: I'm using the nvidia drivers from X11:Drivers:Video/nvidia-gfxG02. If tiny-nvidia-installer exists under specific conditions, using "test -x /usr/bin/tiny-nvidia-installer" before calling it (and printing an error message if it doesn't exist) would be a good idea. If tiny-nvidia-installer no longer exists at all, just don't call it from switch2nv. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Both are obsolete since we've dropped SaX2 with openSUSE 11.3. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
