Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Kmail, enable the "check mail on startup" option. 2.Close Kmail, as well as in the system tray (if enabled). 3.Open Kmail. Actual Results: Kmail does not check mail on startup even with the option enabled.
