https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=740235 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=740235#c0 Summary: Missing RPM in repository Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.4 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: re@nieuwburg.info QAContact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0 While network upgrading a 11.4 I get this message that libbluray1 libbluray1-0.2.1-6.x.x86_64.rpm (don't know the exact version because I now skipped the file to at least get a working system). When I manually look at the web presentation of this repo, I see that only a more recent version is available: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/multimedia:/libs/openSUSE_12.1/x86... I am not sure if this is reproducible, but at least it is annoying. May be an update of the repo took place while I was upgrading? Shouldn't the package manager be aware of this and correct? Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: I don't have the means to revert back to 11.4 to try and reproduce it. Actual Results: The indicated library RPM was not installed and leaves a system with broken dependency. Expected Results: That the upgrade software would detect the never version and install it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
