I'm not sure who is responsible to carry over those modifications. That's why I've asked whether this case is supposed to work at all. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

You can check if "/var/log/YaST2/config_diff_*" exist. Or check for additional rpm output logged to /var/log/zypp/history. AFAIK those notifications currently don't make it to the UI, because yast's package callbacks still try to read a y2logRPM file, which no longer exists. But that's another bug. If you can list the packages that failed to migrate the changes, we can ask their maintainers. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

To simply keep the old pam config is probably not an option because we dropped resmgr. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
