Sequence of events: Last updated 2019-02-13 (all OK) zypper up (2019-03-31) (in multi-user.target) restart (to graphical.target) Actual behavior: 1-XDM paints 2-no mouse response 3-no keyboard response, not even NUM 4-remote login succeeds Expected behavior: everything works as expected FWIW, the zypper up inexplicably changed /etc/alternatives/ thus: default-displaymanager -> /usr/lib/X11/displaymanagers/tdm default-xsession.desktop -> /usr/share/xsessions/tde.desktop to default-displaymanager -> /usr/lib/X11/displaymanagers/xdm default-xsession.desktop -> /usr/share/xsessions/icewm-session.desktop -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Shouldn't there be? I don't understand how this package could have escaped from an installation I created last summer, unless it wasn't required until recently.
