Try to set _only_ INITRD_IN_POSTTRANS=1; it might work too. I haven't tested that yet.
Looking at the two initrd bugs together, are you now suggesting I should be testing using the following /etc/environment file?: INITRD_IN_POSTTRANS=1 SKIP_REGENERATE_INITRD_ALL=1 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
