[Bug 1171896] New: Latest upgrade to lsp-plugins breaks PulseEffects equalizer
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1171896 Bug ID: 1171896 Summary: Latest upgrade to lsp-plugins breaks PulseEffects equalizer Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X11 Applications Assignee: screening-team-bugs@suse.de Reporter: genes1122@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Actually, all the lsp-plugins are broken in the current version of PulseEffects in Tumbleweed and Leap. See this issue I opened upstream, https://github.com/wwmm/pulseeffects/issues/681. The current version, 4.7.1, of PulseEffects only works with lsp-plugins 1.1.14 and earlier. The TW and Leap versions of lsp-plugins have been update to 1.1.19. So please update PulseEffects to the current git version, 4.7.2. This will require updating boost from 1.71 to 1.72. I hope this is doable in the near future Regards, Gene -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

Since this is taking a while, would you mind pinging the lsp-plugins maintainer
Apparently I'm the lucky fellow, not sure for how long though.
and requesting that they coordinate with you before their next upgrade?
I haven't been paying much attention to either package besides approving or denying requests. Perhaps someone else wants to give it a shot? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
