Can't locate IO/Socket/SSL.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl .) at /usr/sbin/ddclient line 1652. After disabling ssl support, I get: root:/var/log # ddclient -daemon=0 -syslog -use=if -if=dsl0 Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/sbin/ddclient line 1646. The error, "Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/sbin/ddclient line 1646." is a bug upstream in ddclient. It affects 3.7.0 in 10.2 and 3.7.1 in Factory (line there is 1660). Since he said this will be in the next version, I assume this is the valid fix. For reference, check http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1677041&forum_id=399428 . Can you please open a _new_ bugzilla entry regarding this "fw" warning? Again this bugzilla entry is mainly related to the topice "missing SSL dependency". A new one which is only speaking about the "fw" warning would help us to track the bug status and would help us to see how often this "fw" warning has caused issues.
