For installation and once kernel and initrd is loaded using a boot parameter like rd.vconsole.font=ter-v32b.psfu make the console usable. you can also use this font in /etc/vconsole.conf FONT=ter-v32b You need terminus-bitmap-fonts-4.46-1.4.noarch package (here TW version) I've tried to understand how to re-encode the font to be usable with grub2, without any success.
