This is handled by the kernel since http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git;a=commit;h=fa80... that is 3.4-rcx - tries to load governors too, that is handled by the kernel since http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git;a=commit;h=ea71...
