When scanning with sane (microtec2 driver), the the scan has wrong colors. I'll attach a fixed microtec2.c which works for my scanner. Was comment #2 perhaps the same as https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=335674#c10 and the reason is https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=335674#c11 Regarding how to debug the SANE software layers, see http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Configuring_Scanners_from_SUSE_LINUX_9.2 "Trouble-Shooting (Debugging)". But I cannot help if there are low-level problems (i.e. low level device communication problems e.g. low-level USB or SCSI problems).
