I installed OpenSuse 12.3 (like it more and more meanwhile) with Gnome desctop enviroment only. And for some strange reason in Yast2 Settings in file /etc/YaST2/ProductFeauters in "default desktop" was "kde". I simply wrote gnome and on next restart system seems to work smoother.
