Possibly this is related to bug 623244. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.3/repo/oss/ using a web browser. 2. Anyway, what's with the 'we didn't have repodata directories in the past.' AFAICT they are in every current available http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/X.NN/repo/oss/suse/ directory.
My fault, sorry. I just looked into the root of the directories: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/X.NN/repo/oss/ and not in the suse/ subdirectory.
