[Bug 715963] New: libgpgme11 should have a gpg2 Requires
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=715963 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=715963#c0 Summary: libgpgme11 should have a gpg2 Requires Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: Factory Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: puzel@suse.com ReportedBy: vuntz@suse.com QAContact: qa@suse.de CC: mrueckert@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- Looking at the code, I see that libgpgme11 will call the gpg2 binary. But libgpgme11 has no Requires on it, which is bad. There's a Requires for gpg2 in gpgme, but that's not enough. This is causing warnings in claws, when gpg2 is not installed. I guess we should just move the Requires to libgpgme11? Petr, is that right? (I can do it). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Hrm, I'm wondering: should gpgme depend in libgpgme11?
I think it should: /usr/share/common-lisp/source/gpgme/gpgme.lisp seems to depend on libgpgme.so OTOH, I have no idea what's the file good for :) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
