mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+0/600 --dpi 600 cm-super-t2a It should be said that this error showed up after switch from tetex to texlive. I'm not an expert in TeX, but it seems to me that when building my pdf dvipdfm uses cm-super font as default cyrillic font. Of course if there are any other adequate cyrillic fonts they can take place of cm-super.
