https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=258986 ------- Comment #15 from dgollub@novell.com 2007-04-26 06:00 MST ------- Felix, we don't have any fdi yet, which handles the permission for the USB OBEX interfaces. We are planning to enhance HAL to provide USB OBEX interfaces as HAL capability. So hal-resmgr can make use of the HAL capability of the deivce, to provide access for the "desktop" user. At least your fdi file with usb vendor/product id looks good. The permission problem should be solved. To list available USB OBEX interfaces: syncml-obex-client -u To test permission and syncing: syncml-obex-client -u $INTERFACE --slow-sync text/x-vcard Contacts --wbxml Please let me know if this works for you, then we could add your fdi file to the openSUSE wiki as introduction. Until everything works out of the box :) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
